Halloween 2009

Hazel was very excited about trick or treating and had a great time. We have a super neighborhood for it, and we should have stopped after we finished the loop. But no, we decided to go to campus for the students' inaugural Halloween tour. Three dorms, 12 sets of stairs, one hour and several pounds of candy later, and Hazel's having trouble falling asleep. Imagine that. And she only ate three whoppers, about five candy corn and a couple candy sticks (used to be called candy cigarettes). She didn't inspect all her candy when we got home, so hopefully she won't notice that I've removed all the hard candy overnight. She received many lovely compliments on her Cinderella costume.
That's right... the candy goes right here...And in case you missed it on facebook, here's how I carved her little pumpkin. It's three and a half inches high.
