Post-Halloween

The candy fairy did indeed show up overnight and left a Pretty Pony ferris wheel. Hazel was more than happy to give up the candy, so... yaay!

There was a line of eager riders, awaiting their turn to spin to the musical tunes.

Neither here nor there, but Hazel discovered she could decorate her straw this morning with an apple slice. Silly girl!

Halloween's over, so bring on Christmas and snowy weather! We were looking for gloves in the winter clothes box, because Hazel was wearing a pair of slippers for gloves for some reason or another, and she decided she needed to try on her snow suit. She was already wearing her "snow boots" on her feet. :)

A few days back she wandered around the corner with her upside down hunny pot and drum and declared she was "an instrument player." She finds marching bands intriguing and knows they sometimes wear those tall hats.

She actually looked like she knew what she was doing. After the required piano lessons, she's welcome to take up percussion if she wishes. That's why we have a garage.
